Skvare, LLC begins the next era of Helping Others Help Others. After 15 years of successfully delivering complex technical solutions to local, regional, and national non-profit organizations, the highly-skilled Skvare team will be led into the future by its new owner, Gena Dellett. 

Since joining the Skvare team in 2019, Gena became a shareholder and stepped into the role of COO of Skvare two years ago, leading client relationships and daily operations. That experience has prepared her for this new challenge. Gena’s acquisition of Skvare as Owner and CEO became effective September 1, 2023. 

Gena will continue Skvare’s proven path of actively contributing to the open-source software community and supporting a variety of non-profit organizations with their online strategies. This open-source mindset is a critical part of delivering innovative and reliable solutions to a multitude of clients while leading a growing team.

Commenting on the transition, Peter Petrik, Skvare’s Founder, said “What started 15 years ago as a volunteer project for a local non-profit has grown to an award-winning company, including being named on Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list.
